The customer service and speed of service was generally good at this store, but I would not recommend this location for phone repairs. I brought my phone in for a battery replacement, and while that was a quick and easy process, the store damaged my phone and did not inform me. My phone was returned with the case on and I only thought to take it off and check underneath once I got home. I discovered that the glass back of the phone was badly chipped around the seam which it definitely was not during the pre-service inspection. The store did replace the glass for free once I called the next day, but they didn't have the exact part with the Samsung logo (I now have a plain, unlabeled phone) and it was extremely frustrating that I had to take the phone back in for a second repair. If the employees has just been honest and told me what happened, I would'nt be so upset, but it seems clear to me that they were hoping I would never take the case off to see the damage. TLDR: okay customer service, fast, but your phone is not safe here
