Super disappointed. We had a very expensive sound system put in. He was great, great customer service, etc UNTIL it was paid for and done. We have an issue with it and I have been trying to reach him for 3 weeks, both text and phone calls and am getting nothing back. I have even acknowledged that I will need to pay for a service call and still nothing. It is so frustrating to pay a lot for something and then get "dropped" and left without the system working. If he would have responded, I will still be a happy customer. Feel "ripped off".

Our experience with 21st Century Audio Visual was outstanding! Got back to me after 1st contact, set up a walkthrough for a quote which Corby got to us within a day. Corby always stayed in touch to answer questions and helped recommend what we needed with his wealth of knowledge and experience. Used the brands we wanted or what he knew was the best quality. Superior workmanship on installation of a home network entertainment set up with TV’s, receivers, and speakers. He even checked back later to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction.
