This is all scam they sent me of payment of 400 and I paid it but after a week they send me another notice that I needed to pay 834 dollars and they sent me the 400 back and now there making me pay 834 dollars

We had someone from the water department come by to check the horrible water pressure we’ve been having. When the guy got to our house he knocked very loudly several times and also rang the doorbell which caused my dog to start barking. When I opened the door I told him I would be right back because I had to put up my dog. Once I put up my dog I went back outside and couldn’t find him until I saw that he was in his truck on his phone. I thought he was on the phone for work so I went back inside and told my sister she then when outside and stood by his truck but she didn’t want to knock on the window bc she thought it might interrupt what he was working on. She came back inside and the next time I went outside to check to see if he was off the phone he was gone. This all happens in the span of 10 mins. Very unprofessional
