I am livid. What did they do to my dog… I simply asked for a teddy bear cut and this is how I picked her up.. I’ve never had an experience like this. My poor dog. We have a family photo shoot coming up and they completely made my dog look horrendous. They didn’t even consult me about shaving her entire face. Also left her ears scraggly and uneven. What’s up with her brows?! She looks like an old bald man. I just don’t recognize my dog! Their excuse is that she was so matted.. I’m sorry but she actually wasn’t and I always brush her! VALED EXCUSE for a quick mess up. Two other people who took their dogs in at this location had the same exact experience! Stay away and the person that cut my dog was TYLER. The team isn’t helpful at all and blame you for the situation. Never going back. Please learn from my experience. They won’t refund you or work with you.

My mom has taken her dog here for years and in the past few years their quality and service has declined to the point I've made her next appt else where. Christine, the lady back in grooming is rude and snippy every time she goes in. And today when we went to pick up my moms elderly dog, they once again didn't trim his tail. And then tried to charge her more because they had to clip him on the floor due to his bad hips, which have been bad FOR YEARS! Did they call ahead, nope. Have they made this a problem previously, nope. They won't trim his nails because he growls at them, but he growls at them because they cut him and he got an infection last year. So we do already take him elsewhere to get his nails done, where he doesn't growl at them at all. Every time we go in there Christine gives some sort of excuse. My mom had to talk to a manager today to get him to take the extra charges off but also because they aren't trimming his tail like they've requested. He was nice and said he would speak to grooming, but my mom didn't bring up Christine and her nasty attitude because my moms a nonconfrontational person but I know this girls attitude is bad enough that it gives my mom anxiety about even going in there. I am relieved she won't be going back to groom him there. So if you have an elderly dog, I'd watch out.
