It is not a "No Drone Zone". Registor with FAA and download the FAA B4UFLY app. it's free and will advise you on your planned locations.
I've seen gar in there but I've never caught anything.
I also think if you walk down the trail down into the forested area it's more private and shady too. I have been picking up the litter in those areas for over a year and have not seen any critters down there that you need to worry about.
I've seen people fish before but unfortunately I cannot say how good it is.

No you cannot. If you are caught you run the risk of getting a ticket or going to jail. If you visit the park do not leave anything VALUABLE, in your car that you do not want stolen. No matter where you hide them they will find and steal your stuff. Either take it out with you or leave your valuables at home.
