The reason I give 3 stars is because this property still needs a lot to improve, starting because there are no visitors parking lots and there is always a lot of problem with that, and the manager Rochelle Goodwin does nothing to improve the situation, on the other hand and the best of all is the maintenance, Arles the guy who now is in charge of the maintenance team has been improving the property and dedicating time to each unit and giving the best maintenance, I hope it continues this way for a long time.

I usually don’t write reviews but I’m just trying to save people from living in these townhomes. There is always an issue with something. Especially with maintenance. I won’t go in details because I don’t want to write a whole story, but just know is horrible. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
