The dentist was rude, aggressive, and did a terrible job. Not only did they have zero bedside manner but also got annoyed when I asked simple questions. I did NOT feel cared for at ALL. do not go here if you value your teeth. Seriously. July 2022.

3-6months wait for an appointment that was cancelled and rescheduled twice on top of the insurance premium they charge me every pay check. You’d think they’d offer you to go to a different dentist and cover the cost just to get a stupid cleaning done. But NOPE, switching to this insurance is the worse decision of my life.

I used to hate going to dentist(well nobody does I assume even dentists) but I really appreciate the level of care I received here. My hygienist was lovely (her name is Sherry If I remember correctly) and she was really gentle and patience with my teeth (I haven’t been in dentist appointment for 12 years). Dentist I had was so good as well I recommend Olivia Kristof. All staff are friendly and work with passion. Seems like they have a great work environment there as well.

Money-driven. Every since Dr. Johnston left I've had issues. Dr. Johnston focused on preventative care. The new doctor just drills and drills. I went in perfectly fine in September with a couple of small cavities that could have been rehabbed... They decided to drill and drill in the back of my mouth on my top and bottom molars and my front teeth and I've had nothing but extreme sensitivity to both hot and cold, and can no longer enjoy eating or drinking. Before coming there I had no issues. They also don't take any insurance that isn't beneficial to them and that they can bill out the ying-yang. I'll never return to that location.
