So sorry I'm just now seeing this. It is always at the parking lot of the SCA office on Redding just to the north of Bellaire Blvd.

For May it is tree and yard waste only. Second Monday for sections 3 and 5, Country Club Estates, and the Terraces. Sections 1 and 2 are second Tuesday. You can go to the city Solid Waste website and it has the schedule posted. And there is a link on the SCA website.

Does the deed restriction inhibit the building of whats known as mother in law suites as an additions to the property?

No, but all additions must be approved by the architectural review. Go to the Sharpstown Civic Association Website and there info on how to do that. Your Deed Restrictions limit where the addition is placed and exterior features. It also limits that it CANNOT be used for rental purposes.
