Monster Bob tattooed me and was veary pleasant he even offered numbing spray when he noticed I might need it . He took what I wanted and made the idea even better then I had imagined I would recommend him if u like dark amd spookie tattoos

There is paperwork, you'll need a valid ID/driver's license and you fill out a consent and general information form. You don't need a parent but you have to be 18 or older to get a tattoo in California.
