There is no one in until 9. I've tried to cancel before and couldn't either. Best suggestion is get the cell phone number of the person that does your nails regularly and text them before your appt. That's what I do.
Depends if you want gel or any designs/details. I usually just get gel with two colors and I pay $45
I'm not sure you would have to call and see I just stated getting extensions so Idk what eye lash lift is
