Have been here for almost 3 months and I love it here. Sam and Kayla are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The maintenance guys are the best- every request I’ve had they are here within 15 minutes. They always make the time to explain to me what happened and they’re doing to fix. Also love being able to walk out the side door and be at the town center.

I lived here for 2 years. Year 1: Pro: Staff was attentive Pro: Packages were easy to retrieve. Pro: Maintenance was amazing, usually same day or within 24 hours. Con: We had problems with dogs having bowel movements in the parking lot. An email from the office appear to fix that. Con: Restroom by the gym was filthy, but they started cleaning it after I sent in a request. Year 2: New staff. Pro: Maintenance staff are the kindest and friendliest people there! Thank you for everything! Con: Professionalism. I received a surprise bouquet of flowers. No one emailed me about it (they did year 1) so it was spoiled. I only knew because the person who sent it asked if I had received it. Response from staff: We’re not obligated to keep your packages, we do it out of the kindness of our heart. Tone and delivery was unprofessional. This is suppose to be a luxury apartment. When I toured, I was told that the packages would be delivered to the package room and that I would be notified… those are my expectations. Con: Sarcastic and passive aggressive staff. Con: The mail room is often full and disorganized (beware!). Con: Maintenance request now take days to complete, a week (maybe more) for a water leak that we experience (guess the upstairs unit was leaking water). They (office staff) kept telling us it would be fixed on a particular day… but no one came to fix it. Con: Hallways are not as clean. Con: They close the office early without notice. Con: Last minute communication about the office being closed. (They send an email the morning of/afternoon of) The exit: Pro: move out experience was relatively easy Con: Received an email stating that we had a week to pay our balance otherwise they would send us to collections. Paying the balance is not an issue, we have NEVER missed a payment. So why threaten us with sending us to collections. Also a week is a short deadline, at least 2 weeks would be reasonable. My request for two weeks is because you no longer have online payment access once you move out, therefore you have to send in a check/money order/ etc… most people don’t have check books and some work long hours so getting to a bank during the weekday could be a challenge. If I were to tour this apartment again…. I honestly wouldn’t select it again. There are better options near by.

Nice apartment overall, but has changed since we moved in over a year ago. The office staff is no longer friendly and welcoming. In particular Brittney Orr has been rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

No. The mail room is by the main office and there are trash chutes.
