One of your employees, an older women, who worked today around 5pm was exceptionally disrespectful to my family when my sister, a hair student with her permit, asked her if she could look her up in the system. She informed my sister that only licensed stylists were in the system and my sister then mentioned that she was in the system as someone had put her in it elsewhere. This was when the lady did a complete 180 and started interrogating her asking her which one she was in the system at and when my sister said she didn’t know, because she truly doesn’t know which location, the lady caught the most unbelievably rude and disrespectful attitude and told her “yes you do you just don’t want to say” and continued to give us attitude while we shopped. We will NOT be returning to this location. This is not our first encounter with this Karen of an employee.

I’m just 5 minutes before they close on Saturday at the shop for buy some color quickly but the stuff are so rude and very dirty look to me and trying to kicking me out like a bad person..So so sad !
