Pretty clean, hot as heck hallways. At 6:45 when check in desk said she wanted to see if room was clean. It wasn't finished !! Shower was broken, call front desk she stated no maintenance was in bldg. I said can u call , I'll try she said. Not considerate. Maintenance came at 830 & apologized. AC was working on and off all night. Bed was clean and comfortable!!!!

Took 20 minutes to even check in because the staff lost record of my reservation. The building was “just renovated” but there was still construction debris all over the floor and walls of my room. There were exposed pipes in the bathroom and a cockroach crawling out of the shower drain. I asked for a different room and it turned out to be worse with dirty rags on the floor from construction. There are much nicer hotels in the area for the same price.

Positive: Breakfast was great. It was nice that our room had two AC units. Password/hassle-free wifi. Upgraded the room for free. Negative: All the pool chairs were broken, and staff used two of the 3 chairs for their personal use. The room didn't have enough furniture. Nowhere to sit and eat in the room. side tables and a coffee table would have been nice. Poor room lighting also.

Positive: Location only Negative: Tolit not working properly. Wall in bathroom semi repaired with spackling but not painted. No tissue in tissue holder. Reading lamps not working. Cords from tv dangling down. Bad smell in room. Floor not clean, human hairs, dusty. Would never stay there a
