I assume you mean Sunday, since they're open til 1am Saturday night. Demand is less on Sunday nights; the employees who closed Saturday night are also the same ones who close and clean up Sunday - and do prep work for the coming week..
Yes, Mike's has quality ingredients but the demand for it is high and you need to order at least an hour ahead.

Mike's Pizza is so incredible and popular that routing deliveries is a constant challenge. The drivers fly in and out like NASCAR pit stops!

I think like 2.75? call and ask? I always give the price of a gallon of gas plus the tip. I Give five bucks for the tip... (If you can afford more than give more) It would be the same amount tip should they come back with more pizza's. *Believe me the pizza delivery person remembers your tip and those who don't tip! Here's a tip for anyone that didn't know this only from Mike's Pizza, Save four of your pizza receipts and receive a free small pizza with any paid pizza. on your next order You MUST PICK UP YOUR ORDER! just mention this when ordering.
