We pay cash or check, whatever the customer requires. We ask you give 24 hours notice for amounts to exceed $2500 cash. Thank you.
I only drove by there today I was looking for Fulton recycling to redeem some cans for cash... so I can't answer your question for sure...I'm sorry. I think you would have a good chance if you called Fulton and also called Stubbs and ask to see how much you could get from each place one might offer more money than the other....
R I'll open today
Felipe had a good answer. We take them but to get credit for the SST, simply break the unit down into like parts. Put your stainless in a pile, put the steel in another and weigh them separately. If you bring it in whole without breaking it down, it will be sold as TIN, about 8.5 cents per pound. Clean 100% stainless pays .40 cents per pound. So you decide but we'll take it either way you bring it. Come see us.
Yes, we will gladly recycle them for you and give you a little something for them. Be aware they're only worth about four cents per pound if they’re made of steel (what we call tin). Come see us.
Prices change daily have to call on a daily basis metal prices change according to stock market
Non chrome alum wheels are .40 cents per pound. Remove tires and bring them on down.
Fridges fall under the Appliance category. Appliances are priced at $2.00 for every hundred pounds. State laws mandate that the compressor must be evacuated of Freon and it must b removed for a scrap yard to accept. After u remove the compressor load it up and bring it to Stubbs. A typical fridge weighs about 150 pounds so you will be paid approximately $3.00 for a standard refrigerator. It’s not a lot of money but the landfill can charge you up to $25 per unit and they require the Freon evacuation as well. Refrigerators are a common item for us but we only accept them under those circumstances. Thanks for asking.
Only thing I've seen turned away are street signs and propane tanks. So yes.
