Best meat tacos I have ever eaten in USA. The people who work there are really nice and is my favorite restaurant in Pismo. The young man who works making the tacos was absolutely great! We came two days to Pismo and we ended up eating here both days!

Tried three tacos, chicken, tri tip, and pulled pork. All were super good with the pulled pork being the tastiest. The tacos are big, one with a side is a full meal.

there was nothing on the menu when I was there about corkage because I always check. They have a couple of really boring wines that they're pouring but pretty Dreadful stuff. you could try calling and asking but typically restaurants of that style you'll be lucky to get somebody who knows what corkage is on the phone.

No, it's not really a "butcher shop". Smoked brisket and ribs and such to be purchased for takeout or as meals.
last week was all kind of soft opening from roughly 10 in the morning until 1 or 2 in the afternoon and maybe a bit more on weekends but I imagine this week they're probably closer to their full state of hours which is like 10 to 7
I would imagine any restaurant at this juncture of their operation would probably be at least taking resumes or applications.
