I was told that if my etouffe wasnt up to par after i stated i was skeptical because there is no good Cajun in dfw, that i needed to call back and speak directly to the cook. Holy expletive, i dont need to. Everything i tried today was hands down the best Louisiana cuisine ive had this side of the Mississippi. I cannot wait to come back for gumbo. (and everything else.)

Very unprofessional I was in line and someone in line simply ask how long it would be I was there for lunch and I guess he was the owner and the cashier was so rude I want to support black owned business but you really need to get it together it was just sad to see
