I'm not sure if you check their website it should say.

Why does quinoa have a OU P hechsher and on the CRC stamp it says "not for passover use"? and on the quinoa flour it does not mention "not for passover" use? so why is flour ok and quinoa not? what is your opinion.

Hi! Great question! The question of whether or not Quinoa is acceptable for Passover is wide-ranging. The cRc position is that Quinoa is acceptable on Passover but it must bear reliable Passover Certification to ensure no other grains are mixed in.
