I was very clear in making our reservation that we needed to be picked up at Pier 91 at 8:30am. This information was confirmed in our confirmation and invoice. I called at 8:00am. They said call again when we are outside the cruise terminal. I called at 8:20 and was asked which pier we were at. We went to the meeting point, calling again at 8:40 and 9:00am. Our driver finally arrived at 9:17am. The seats in the van were all torn up. My son almost missed his flight. DO NOT USE SABRA IF YOU NEED PUNCTUALITY!!

My son wasn't sure he was going to have a date for the senior prom and the day before the prom he asked me if it was possible to get a limo. I told my son not to expect anything this late notice. I called and we were lucky enough to get the last one available for that night. The process of registering and paying online was super easy and efficient. I wasn't sure what to expect but WOW was I impressed! The driver was early, dressed immaculately, provided same level service to a young high school senior and his girlfriend, as he would provide a movie star! The limo was incredible and so was the entire experience. You guys made his special night perfect and if I ever need your services again, I'll come back to you. Thank you and I will recommend you to everyone.

Booked a reservation to be picked up from hotel at 9am. Driver didn't show up. Called office and was told 10 more minutes. I waited and still no driver. called again and was told a few more minutes. I said my reservation was for 9am. not 9:05 and certainly not 9:26 when I called and told the guy to just cancel. For $200 I don't expect to be stuck in a hotel lobby or standing on a sidewalk waiting for my ride and I was only traveling 3 miles to cruise terminal. worst experience ever!!! Then I stated about a meet and greet and guy on phone States driver won't come in lobby. He charged me an additional $25 for a meet and greet for a driver that doesn't come to lobby! I would never recommend this service.

I've been using Sabra for years and they never disappoint. The drivers are always professional, on-time, and of higher quality than ride share services. Lawrence was our driver today for a complicated move with lots of baggage and he was just lovely and helpful. Albert, the guy who books the reservations, is so nice. No we don't. We will charge $100 per incident if you're found to be smoking in our vehicles. $500 will be charged for any burn holes we find as a result of smoking in our vehicles.

Yep, go ahead! We just don't allow eating in our town cars, however you can bring all the food and drink you want into our limos. We're unable to provide any type of alcoholic beverage, however you may bring your own. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to consume alcohol in our vehicles though.
We make sure our limousines are stocked with ice water and juice. We make sure every one of our vehicles in our town car services have ice water as well.

This varies, and depends on availability on short notice. For Seattle Airport Service, we ask 24 hours in advance and for Limo Rentals, we ask to reserve a few days ahead of time.

We monitor all flights for our clients and will adapt our vehicle service pickup times to match your arrival.
We will wait for 1 hour on domestic flights, and 90 minutes for international flights. Any time after that, we will charge accordingly.
When arriving at SEATAC, your driver will meet you outside of the baggage claim area if there was no meet & greet service requested. If you have requested a meet & greet, then you will meet your driver at the baggage claim area.
