Nice low-key shore access to Lewisville Lake. The town administration charges $10/car for access to the Park. As a beach enthusiast, this spot provided a calming experience. Visitors can bring barbeque grill and stuff along. The park has Restrooms which need more maintenance. Don't expect anything fancy, blue water and white sand, it's a lake and albeit one with shore access.

Impromptu visit to the lake for swimming. We had a great time, lots of sand, lots of small rocks farther up the beach. Nice playground and picnic tables nearby. Make sure your kids have LIFE JACKETS, not just floaties. The wake can be pretty choppy depending on the jet skiers. Not too busy middle of the day on a Sunday.
