The only reason Megan Tran gave me eye drops is it will cause a medical problem. They haven't gotten 1 referral right. After speaking with admin it's still not right. I can't get help from her or switch.

Today I came to Front desk and I’m pregnant she is being disrespectful and she was yelling at me she told me to come today at 2:30 you can see different doctor I came she said no you have come at Monday, August 29 so she was basically playing with me even though I had so much pain she was front desk and had purple jacket and her name is Brianna.

NO- THEY WON'T EVEN MAKE AN EXCEPTION IF YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MEDS THAT YOU SUFFER WITHOUT! They make you WAIT UNTIL Jan. 1st when they said in mid Oct you could pick your new Dr when your card comes. It DIDN'T. Then when called, they sent the WRONG ONE in Chicago when I live in the suburbs!! So I had to wait until late Nov and make an appointment for Dec. REALLY???!!! GUESS WHAT? My NEW DR-N/A until JANUARY!!!! NO WALK-INS! NO EXCEPTIONS! NO MEDS! NO SYMPATHY!
