I am not Hobby Lobby''s target customer. If I shop here, my wife has sent me to buy something. I think the true test of customer service is when the employees deal with the clueless customer, a.k.a me! On each of my visits an employee has helped me find the items I am searching for or they tell me what store I might be able to find it at. The employees are kind and don't get frustrated with my lack of knowledge about their products. Hobby Lobby, thank you for being awesome to me when I visit your stores
