Bought a pool cue spent a couple hundred dollars on it. Second use tip flies off. When I try to contact omega billiards to get information on tips and have a new one installed their phone number doesn't work. So apparently I have to drive 30 min to get the information I wanted. Not happy with my purchase or the complete lack of customer support.
