When our daughter got us together, her primary motivation was the hope that you could help me overcome my neuropathy pain. As we progressed through a number of appointments, that pain was reduced slightly each week. Then we had a large gap in appointments due top personal issues. And there was no progress during this period in controlling that pain despite the other things I did in hopes of alleviating it. And then I had the appointment with you Tuesday, and I felt improvement immediately. So this gives me hope whereas I had been in the doldrums and facing the common belief that nothing can be done for neuropathy. A different item. I often have had SI joint area discomfort. Other practitioners were able to get me relief for perhaps two days. I have not been bothered by that since we first go together. Sleep. And I have been sleeping better since my first appointments. I remain grateful that our daughter pointed me your way.

I have been a patient of the Atlas Orthogonal form of chiropractic care for 21 years now. This is the only type of chiropractic care that has been able to give me relief from neck/back pain resulting from a whiplash injury I suffered in my early 20's. I moved to the Fort Worth area in September and started working with Dr. Michlin and Nancy at Back to Health Family Chiropractic in October 2021. Due to the physical demands of my move, I was away from care for almost 2 months when I started working with Dr. Michlin. I was in significant pain. Due to my history of dealing with this condition, I was also quite emotionally stressed. In the past 21 years, my family has moved frequently, and I have worked with 4 different Atlas Orthogonal doctors; all of them have been very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. This care has allowed me to raise my family, earn a graduate degree, and work. In the last 21 years, the pain has alternated between being gone, being at a low level, steadily increasing, or flaring based on my activities. I had come to believe that the best I could do was (hopefully) keep it under control so I wouldn't have to deal with the depression that had presented before I found the atlas treatment 21 years ago--which I sincerely believe was an answer to prayer. When I started working with Dr. Michlin, he told me he could take me out of pain and keep me out of pain. I did not believe him at first. I do believe him now. I have been under his care for 5 months now. My time out of pain has gradually increased, so now I am almost always, entirely, out of pain. I actively participate in my care by being attentive to my diet, as well as daily hot yoga to stretch and strengthen my spine. Dr. Michlin has given me hope--hope that my condition can be treated, and for the ability to live pain free. Words can't really express how grateful I am for the work that Dr. Michlin and Nancy do each day.

My girlfriend has gone to "Back to Health" for about a year. She has seen a major reduction in chronic pain that had previously been quite severe. She had a possible neck injury as a child and was not able to find much relief. They have focused on corrective care for her and we are excited to see continued improvement and eventual full recovery.
