I am previous employee for this company. All buyers beware they do not pay people back when they overpay and they just do not care. The bottom line is they care about themselves and the money in their account and that’s it. The work environment is so toxic no one can work in there unless you have no choice. They try to dock your pay without telling you and then have reasons that are not in documentation that is against the law no wonder the Better Business Bureau was calling while I work there for my short period of time. Buyers and employees take caution with this company.

I can't get past the terms of service? Who tries to get you to agree to not dispute fraud or discrepancies with any "third party" meaning YOUR BANK/CREDITOR. Won auctions on coins and saw them show up for a 2nd auction the NEXT DAY w the same picture. I can't in good faith send tens of thousands of dollars with no guarantees of what I or if I will receive my items and if I don't the terms of service guarantee you've just been scammed.

Great coins with great pictures to allow you to grade them before you buy.

Which sites host your auctions?

I had bought coins through their auctions held on 3rd party auction sites like Proxibid and Hibid over a years span. They do a lot of shady business. I have heard them openly state that if a coin isn't getting what amount they want, they're gonna have a back up bidder to bring up its value. They photoshop most coins of interest to cover up flaws. They use lighting in a way to modify and cover-up the actual poor condition of coins surfaces. Never ever set up a prebid, they'll side bid via a backup bid account to reach your high max prebid. Even if a coin has a massive deep scratch on it, they'll hide that scratch via lightning technique and or photoshop on the auction pics. I have to say the worst part is their backup bidder accounts to draw the coins high bid to way above the amount it should hit on market average. They also misled you on the coins title and identification. I'd say they're absolutely the worst scammer on coin auctions.
