This place is a great little community for elderly and disabled people but the manager and her maintenance man son are not keeping up on things at all. There are many things that need fixed and cleaned that should most definitely be done by maintenance that are completely ignored or the residents are flat out told that it is their problem to deal with while being elderly and/or disabled. I have even been told stories from several different residents about other residents being treated extremely bad after having complained about the situation and that they themselves are very scared to even say anything to where another person could hear them because of retaliation from management. I firmly believe that this is something that a news channel should be looking into because retaliation against ederly/disabled is definitely abuse!
