Greatest neighborhood bike shop that any town could want. Had a repair done and rode away with a well tuned machine! Friendly and knowledgeable staff with lots of bikes, decent range of accessories and a good repair shop.

I bought my bike here within the last year. When I returned for the free service they offered at the time of the purchase, they told me that due to the fact that the business had changed hands, they had no record of my purchase and therefore would not honor the service. Less than satisfactory service for a new business owner in my opinion...

Guy in charge was extremely rude when I shared I have a legitimate breathing condition that makes wearing a mask unsafe for my health. He didn’t even let me finish and told me to wait outside. It was cold outside and I said I’d prefer to wait where it’s warm- no other people were in the store. He told me to stop breathing at him despite being across the store. I get where he’s coming from but doesn’t excuse being so rude.

I've been looking for a good city bike to commute to work and just ride around town but the 2020 pandemic bike shortage kept me from acquiring the bike I have been wanting. I sent the bike peddler an email inquiry after seeing them listed as a retailer on the manufacturer website. They responded immediately the next morning that they had the bike in stock and I could have them save it for me with a 50% down payment. I paid the full price over the phone and secured the bike immediately. They close at 6pm and due to my job and traffic I could only get there to pick it up at 5:40pm, twenty minutes before they close. This didn't phase the staff at all and they tuned the bike made sure everything was perfect and went over all the paperwork. They even let me take it out for a quick test to see how it felt. Everything was great, except the stock seat which was basically a 2x4. No way I could show up to work with that so I had to ask if I could any way buy a seat. It was 5 after 6pm and I knew they wanted to go home and felt terrible but the seat was not gonna be ok and I was willing to buy an upgrade immediately. Instead of showing me the seats and going through the process they immediately grabbed a better seat from the rack and said I could have that seat now which is better and if I didn't like it I could buy another when I came in for the 30 day tune up. This seat was much better and allowed me to ride and enjoy the bike immediately. They installed it in two minutes and the bike was perfect. This was my first experience buying a 🚲 here but can say as someone who works in sales that the entire team at this store is professional and committed to providing an exceptional experience the whole way through. Thanks Bike Peddler for the great service and sorry for coming in so late to closing time! 🤟

We stock a limited number of trailer parts but have access to many brands' small trailer parts such as Bob, Copilot, Thule and more. Call our bring in your trailer and we'll try and find what you need.
We do. Currently we stock Fit, S&M and Subrosa for bikes. Parts wise we carry Fit, S&M, Subrosa, Shadow Conspiracy, Rant,Cult and Primo.
if you ever picked one up email me couse I do rideouts and we move around rosa and take over traffic and do wheelies
We do. Generally, we ask all potential employees to submit a resume, even teenagers. Have her/him create a resume the best they can (we realize this may be their first job) and bring it to the store manager.
Yes. But I would call first. When I was there a week and a half ago covid had there in house inventory very low.
We do. If you call us at 707-571-2428 and let us know what you're looking to build we could give you a quote on a custom wheel.
I myself am not a bike mechanic. You need to contact Bike Peddler directly. Good luck.
Michael, We have. This week alone we have received or expecting to receive (bikes shipped from manufacturer but haven't arrived) about 100 bikes. About half are pre-sold. You can call us at 707-571-2428 to find out what will be available.
We do! They're fairly specific to the model of derailleur, though. If you want to give us a call or just bring in the derailleur we can see if we have a compatible pulley in stock.
Do you need just the rim or an entire wheel? If you need an entire wheel, I'd expect to pay $200-$300 for a disc wheelset. If you just need a rim it would be much less and just depend on what exact configuration you were looking for. If you brought in your old wheel/rim it would really help us find something comparable.
They are open right now, maybe just call them?
Yes
Thats up to each park and they have limits on the power of the ebikes or kits on the market.
Not sure about disc but I've had many of my kids bikes fixed there. They are very honest and great quality work as well as parts. Price never makes you feel like you've been ripped off.
Yes they do!
