My son had nice clothes, free of stains, holes and tears. The buyer was going through stuff extremely fast. We went back and asked to speak to the manager and the young guy who might have been 20 years old didn't bother going through our stuff again and wouldn't talk to us about our buy. We will not be shopping at this store again.

The owner is obviously not competent nor respectable at all. Their response to my other post did not address anything i said and even lied. You’d think an owner would want to fix the issues discussed on this review board, but instead insults customers leaving bad reviews. Maybe instead of looking at your computer all day you should fix your store. ALSO, beware, if you choose to leave a bad review you will be banned from selling clothes. Of course they let you still buy items! AHAHAH. This place is a joke and the owner is outrageous.

There are some disrespectful kids ( with of course ) mommie and daddies money working here - they don’t care about their job a few of them and I’ve only been here at this location a few times but a couple of them in particular are very stuck up pretentious and too good to talk or be friendly and do their job which is to talk and help customers in this retail job. What a shame people are becoming anymore. Especially in America. This country has them all… of all kinds. What a terrible nation we are that some and a lot more people year after year make this place of a country. In stores working or shopping. Driving and so on what a stuck up and pretty nasty country we are living in. Kids on cell phones working. Too good or too important some how to do the job they desperately need but are too good again somehow and somewhere in their mind to work their jobs. Gosh would give 0 out of 5 stars if I could. This one girl was a real disrespectful snot for how she treated my new clothes in my shppping bag didn’t say hello didn’t help out with my Plato’s points looked at me like I had an octopus or 15 eyes balls. For what? Never shopping here again - what a pretentious city this is. McKinney doesn’t have much to boast for except it’s white racist and predudice pride of what? Again? I don’t know. 🤷‍♀️
