Went in to have a vacuum cleaner looked at. I was told they could do nothing but clean it because the manufacturer does not sell replacement parts. " They want you to buy a new vacuum when it breaks" I was told. Then they tried to sell me a 700 dollar vacuum. A week later not only can I find parts for my vacuum on several websites, I can also find diagrams and schematics. The lady was very nice though! I definitely would not go back to have anything repaired here

This place is loaded with inspiration. My wife and I were walking by and decided to stop in and we were honestly blown away with the level of skill, options to choose from when it comes to materials, in addition to the hundreds of models in quilting, art, embroidery, and etcetera. We walked in behind a gentleman who was bringing in his old sewing machine for what looked like repairs and they were so quick to help him. There was another couple in the store who was going through a demonstration on one of the sewing machines and then we also got a little bit of a tour. They have classes and events for those who have never sewn ever in their life to those who are a bit intermediate. The staff was super friendly and more than willing to help us out. We didn't know much about sewing but we left impressed.

Rocky Mountain went over and above to get my warranty work taken care of! They weren't even the company I bought it from. They sent it to their Denver location and I received a call within 1 day to let me know what was wrong with it and that they were gonna repair it under warranty and only charge me for the cleaning and regular maintenance. I was very pleased. THANK YOU!

Excellent experience servicing my Riccar vacuum. Needed a new cord but also found out my motor needed to be replaced. It was far cheaper to replace the motor than to buy a new Riccar. Immediate email responses by the lead repair tech. Highly recommend. Good prices!

Thank you. I just received it for Christmas. I am thinking ahead as it says to have it serviced once a year or every 18 months.
Hi, Susan! Thanks for reaching out. We do the best we can with those older machines. The best thing you can do is bring the vacuum down for a free estimate, and we'll see how best we can help you out. Thanks! Dave, Vacuum General Manager
We service all makes and model of sewing machines. Thanks for reaching out!

Joyce, We do repair Tin Lizzie machines. Please bring it by. No need to make an appointment.
Sorry, but we do not do home repairs on long arms.
I believe they do have a trade-in program, but I'm not sure if they outright buy them.
