Waited 14.5 hours to get loaded. Appointment time was 3pm, I was woken up at 5:30am. Super weird.

You were picking up sensitive food-grade packaging material. Your dispatcher/fleet manager should have advised you about trailer requirements.

They are kind people, the only detail is that there is no reception office, there is only a dining room, you enter and ring the bell, someone will come out to give you information.

Yes there is a front reception/security desk that all visitors must stop at before gaining access to the facility. If you are making a delivery there is a separate gated entrance with a guard shack. All visitors are required to wear a badge while on the property.
