I would give 0 stars if I could. Testing center did not open on day I was scheduled for my exam. Over 20 people were waiting when I arrived at 9 for my exam. Some said they had been there since 5:30. I called all day and never got an answer. Will never schedule my test here again.

UPDATE I scheduled my second exam here, and I ended up in a much smaller room than I had before. The room was incredibly small, and I had a difficult time concentrating. First, there was an individual reading all of their questions out loud. Then, the proctor came in and out of the room to turn the fans on. Next, they left the door open, so you could hear everything that was happening in the waiting room. Finally, they came back to interrupt us, and ask us if we would like to switch rooms because it was hot. I'm not sure how this would be possible in the middle of a test, so I declined. Also, my test required headphones so they just took the headphones out of a computer and didn't clean it or anything. I honestly don't think I'll be back. -------- I was a bit nervous to take my exam here due to all of the negative reviews, but I didn't have any issues here. It is a small testing center, but it was very quiet. I've had more issues with noise at some of the bigger testing centers. Personally, the smaller vibe definitely reduced my testing anxiety. The room was also easy to find. You go up the elevator to the 5th floor, and it's room 520. There were also a lot of parking spaces available, so parking wasn't an issue either. Overall, a pleasant testing experience.

Horrible. Man inside which I presume is Emmanuel is sour rude bitter control freak pompous arrogant non empathetic bossy and just down right nasty. Don’t bother. Center is smaller than the restrooms down the hall. Cheap attempt to come off as professionals. Just trying to make money. No $ is invested in comforts for customers. I’ll never come back.

The email gives you a number to call on the weekends, and they will open the door and direct you to the suite office. The testing center is small, but it was not a distraction. Overall, this place is good to test, and I had no problems. I was worried about the bad reviews, but I am glad I went because it was a good testing place. They do provide water and lockers to store things.
