One of the best military collections I have seen and Iβve been to many museums all over the world. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you are a civil war buff. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Loved it! The museum was a ton of fun and had a bunch of really cool artifacts.

Thats a great idea , if peiple actually did a little research theyd find that Lee also worked WITH Abe lincoln and colonel grant on projects for chicago and other cities before the war owned no slaves and only led the confederacy because he was defending his homeland . Like every other american would do, defend your state and home!
Don't go in planning to rush through. It's a great museum with lots of info and things I had not encountered in other museums (and I have been to quite a few). Allow at very least an hour.
It really makes me mad and upset that these statues get taken down. There's no need for it. Not all history is pleasant but we must learn from it.
Pretty cool place don't remember how much it cost tho
Yes, it was cheap. I can't remember exactly. Definitely worth going to. It was one of the highlights of our TX trip. You won't be disappointed!
Not to my knowledge, however there is a reenactment on a battlefield in granbury Texas every year I just don't know the time of year that it happens somewhere in the spring or summer
