They denied the boarding of my dog because of his breed...doesn't make sense...also the location is not in a very good place. The dogs can be vulnerables there.

This place is the best spot for your pet! The dogs are primarily outdoors under shade and fan (my dog does not smell bad the way he did when he went to Camp Bow Wow and other daycare spots/kennels that are primarily indoors or concrete outdoor areas). The daycare is great because it keeps my pup socialized, exercised, and happy! Staff are another big reason to come here for sure, they really care about the animals and there’s a safer human:dog ratio compared to other businesses in the area. Special shout out to Kenneisha and Tonya who have given great service at check in and check out! I have been a customer for about one year now and will continue to do so while I’m in DFW…BRING YOUR FUR BABY HERE!

Riverside Kennel is wonderful and simply the best! I’m never worried and 100% know my dogs are very well taken care of. The owner is constantly present and runs this place 10/10 with treating all dogs as her own. She truly has so much passion for her establishment that I’ve never seen anywhere else. When they are full and I can’t get my dogs in…I will cancel my trip. I do not take my dogs anywhere else!
