I received my Masters and Instructors certification in Permanent Makeup at the AIIC in 2017 where I learned the necessary skills to open my school Glo’More Microblading and Beauty Academy. Their pigments are second to none and their staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

That's never recommended. You might leave looking like it's covered but the end result mixes with the old tattoo to make a new color. Removal is best.
