Not good at all. I ordered posole and asked to have it served before dinner. It arrived about a minute before dinner arrived. It was so salty, I couldn't eat it. Which was a shame because I really like posole. For dinner my wife ordered a taco salad and I had chicken fajitas. Neither one was what we would call really tasty. She said the meat in the salad tasted old. Not fresh like you'd expect. The chicken in my fajita had an unusual texture. It seemed to be cooked ok, just very soft. Not the usual chewy way you'd expect. This was on a Wednesday afternoon. Not busy at all so the kitchen wasn't busy. There is no excuse for poorly made food. Whomever made the soup, if they had tasted it, would have noticed that it was way too salty and not allowed it to be served. I mentioned this to our server and he did take it off the bill. There are many fine Mexican restaurants here in the Springs to go to that know how to take Mexican cooking seriously. Skip this place...

Sweet wonderful waitress, she was also tending the bar, but didn't show that she was busy. She deserves a raise.

This place has changed so much much over the last year...used to be really good...loved to go here with the family. Took the family here recently for a birthday brunch and the food has just went down hill. Maybe it's the new kitchen staff learning. But really hope things turn around for this place.
