It is a great park that needs some love by Lewis County Washington, you will or can see some unreal sunsets, wish everyone gave it the respect it deserved.

Great rural county park, ducks to feed, deluxe docks to fish from, Wallace Pond gets stocked regularly with hatchery rainbow trout. Plenty of picnic tables. Playground equipment for the little ones. Friendly folks.

Really nice, semi quiet park. Good for jogging, walking, dog walking, small craft boating and fish galore

Great scenery and loved the ducks. We needed a peaceful walk with the kids and dogs and South County Park was just that.😂

Fishing pole! But seriously though, in the late spring when the water starts to warm up, anything will work. Bright colors and sturdy bait like little rubber worms and tiny jigs. You catch a lot, so worms and soft bait are too much work.
