The experience I had with Crain Mazda was HORRIBLE! I was working with a salesman that was a nice & out going person. I told the salesman I didn’t want the car because the note was way too high for me. On Tuesday I got a text from the salesman name Australia stating that they lower my payment on the car to come in & see him. So I went up to Crain & asked to see Australia. He greeted me & was being nice for the moment. When I kept asking about another salesman that I was working with before hand. He started getting a attitude towards me saying that they was working together. I never paid it no mind. He started rushing me about signing the papers. When I looked over the paperwork I told him that wasn’t the amount I was told my car note would be. Because Veronica Love told me that it was another price. When he went & said something to her about it she got loud stating that she didn’t tell me that. I put a down payment on the car any ways. The next day I went up there to ask for a refund because I no longer wanted the car because what I experienced. Micheal asked me why I wanted a refund & I simply explained to him why. He got loud with me asking how much time I needed on my sales tax. I told him “no time!” because the way he talked to me. I told him I just wanted my money back. Veronica Love called my phone & was being VERY RUDE, NASTY & DISRESPECTFUL towards me . I told her I just want my money back because I don’t have the car in my possession and the car is still on that lot therefore that is not my vehicle. She kept telling me my car note was due on the 14 of NOVEMBER. I can’t pay for something I don’t have. I told her I just want my money back. She told me “I’m NOT REFUNDING YOU NOTHING BACK!” I still have not received my money. So I wouldn’t recommend this car lot to anyone.

My experience at this dealership was absolutely terrible. The salesman were very rude and seems as if they were having a bad day. On top of all that the general manager, Veronica Love was so rude basically trying to force me to purchase a vehicle that I turned down numerous of times because of the customer service and then got mad because I changed my mind. I strongly DO NOT recommend purchasing any vehicle from this place.

I went over to LR to Crain Mazda to look at vehicles. I was met at the door by Noah Jenkins. Nice young man. He was very helpful and worked with me. I ended up getting a new car. Noah, Wesley and another gentleman ( I didn’t get his name) were very courteous and helpful in my purchase. I didn’t expect to drive home a new vehicle but they worked with me and made it a pleasant experience. Thank you gentlemen!
