I had to print something from an email. I understand for charging me for the print outs, however, they charge you 1.00 just to open the email. They call this an email processing fee which is rediculous.

No they do not
It is an authorized FefEx drop off center, but cannot accept unlabeled AT&T/Cable Boxes etc as they cannot access AT&T customer accounts. Like full FedEx run centers like the one in Waxahachie.
They only do the photos. For the actual processing you can go to the county clerk's office at the courthouse.
