After inspection of our vehicle they left it in drive when they exited the vehicle. When we returned to collect our vehicle at the end of the day we discovered it was left in DRIVE all day and wouldn’t start. When it was brought to their attention they refused to help. I believe the exact response was “I’ve been doing this for 10 years and I’ve never done that”. SMH. Too bad I can’t give zero stars. Maybe don’t take your car here for an inspection if you expect the person taking your keys to take responsibility for the property you’re trusting them with.

Worst experience ever! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Lou told me I failed the inspection. Didn't tell me what was wrong just handed me a piece of paper and expected me to know what was wrong. When I looked at the paper, he didn't even have the correct information and mileage of my truck. It was pencil whipped! Told me I had 15 days to get it fixed. Charged me $25.50 before they gave me my keys back. He said "I don't work for you for free." When I told him I would file a complaint online, the chubby cashier behind the counter said "I'd love to see you try." I have filed a complaint with Texas DPS and the BB Bureau.
