Billy was really nice and pleasant to speak with. However, I’m not satisfied with the job done on my Red Wing boots. For $25, the expectation was to clean, weatherize & oil my boots. All of which was communicated upon drop off. Billy did not confirm what I had requested, simply began writing up a ticket. My boots were oiled on the spot when I went to pick them up a week later. The boots are just as dirty as when I went in. If I had intended for just an oil, Red wing does that service for free and I would’ve saved my gas money. I came here because of the raving reviews and was let down. Looking back, I should have confirmed what was being done to my boots before dropping them off. I blindly trusted Billy’s reputation & was not satisfied. Additionally, cost was not of issue. We would have paid whatever it took to complete this service properly.

Yes but I am not sure if he does that

Can you do stretching on a tennis shoe. I bought a pair of Addias I thought they were a 5.5 wide. I got them home and they were a 5.0 wide. Are you able to do this and about what would it run.

Hi Pat you may want to contact Mr. Fix himself, but I'm sure he'll be able to help you out😊 However, going Ole school you could add rubbing alcohol on each inside of the sole and walk around to stretch them out that way. 🤓
