Yes - you will need the property tax ID for each property. That's how the results are tracked.

What is the plan for communicating when the Covid-19 vaccine is available in Charlevoix county and what residents need to have to prove what phase they are in, 1A, 1B, 1C, or 2? Also, phase overlap is allowed. How will overlap be communicated?

If I take a water sample from a cheboygan address does it have to be tested in gaylord or can it be tested at any office?
Pam Potter | Nov 5, 2018
Health Department of Northwest Michigan | Nov 5, 2018
Pam,
If you use one of our water test bottles (HDNW), it has to be processed at our lab in Gaylord. If you use a state test bottle, it goes to the state lab. Cheboygan is in District #4, not our district, so I'm not sure what the process is there. You can reach DHD #4 in Cheboygan at (231) 627-8850.
Who do I get in touch with to report a person for renting unsafe apartments.. plus mice in the restaurant kitchen?

Ms. Parkinson, for the rental problem, you can contact the Michigan Attorney General at 1-877-765-8388 or the Dept. of Consumer and Industry Services at 517-241-9347 to register a complaint against the landlord.
As for the mice, contact our HD office in your county or call 1-800-432-4121 and ask to speak to a food sanitarian.
