My CPO 2020 Nissan Pathfinder I bought broke down 4 months after I bought it 8/2/2022. I’ve made 4 payments on a broke down vehicle that I put down 12,500$ on and they won’t even roll over a partial down payment and put me in a new vehicle. They left me sitting on the side of the road with 700$ worth of groceries and made me tow my own vehicle twice. A different nissan dealership provided me with a rental and it was close to 30 days before Bob Moore contacted me. Since then I’ve been in a rental of their choice not equipped to handle the roads or my business. I’ve been unable to travel to my dog shows. I’ve filed a complaint with BBB and they did nothing. The CPO vehicle had 1 oil change at 46k miles. I bought it at 50k blew the motor at 58k due to sludge from the oil. They don’t provide updates or provide you with the paperwork to show you what work is being done. There is a reason their car lot is empty. Not because they do good business. Bob Howard seems to have plenty of vehicles and helped me with a loaner because they wouldn’t. It’s now November 4th. I still have no vehicle. It’s been 2 weeks since they’ve contacted me.

We bought a brand new 2022 pathfinder from them and the next day started having tons of issues with it. Alarm went off constantly, ISS system was glitching, and it even completely stalled while we were taking it to our local dealership to be serviced. It spent a week it the shop with no answers. After a ton of phone calls and complaining we put in a formal ticket with Nissan and finally Bob moore agreed to cancel the deal and take the vehicle back. They listed it on their site as new about a week later so if you bought a silver 2022 pathfinder SL, then you may have bought our lemon. Which is pretty unethical to knowingly resell a vehicle like that. Go to trophy Nissan in Mesquite Texas!

I believe they open at 7am. They do take walk ins and they will let you know a fairly accurate timetable when you speak with them.
I've had good work done by them. It just seems to take forever if it is under warranty. Just sayin.
When my car does that it usually means that the battery is low on the keyless
