They were supposed to replace the engine air filter but instead replaced the cabin air filter (micro filter). We discovered it at pick-up when reviewing my bill which was $100+ higher than it was supposed to be. They corrected their error - replaced the engine air filter and put back the old micro filter. But since that service appointment and the mistake with the micro filter, my air conditioner is not working properly. The fan is not functioning as it should. I was not having any issues with my AC before this service appointment. They also did a system check during that appointment and did not mention a problem with the AC.
