Online it says open until 12am i drove from work to get there at 1058pm and was greeted by workers in the front of the store smoking that told me they had closed more than 20 minutes prior. I wish the store times were accurate so I wouldn’t had wasted my time and gas driving from greenwood to bossier city for nothing. Please update this if kroger has closed much earlier.

I carried out $600 worth of groceries with no help from the 4 workers i passed by. I passed 4 employees that were baggers not one single one of them offered to help me pull out my carts. Most of them looked the other way while I struggled to pull 2 full buggies out. I had a $20 tip for anyone that would help me but not one single person even offered. 2 employees were just standing where the carts are talking and they just watched me walk out. There was only one gentleman working hard to get the carts in from the parking lot. It's a shame that there were so many employees there today but only one of them was actually working. I gave 2 stars bc I do like the produce and meat and the cashier was helpful but she called for help and no one came.

So, overall I really like this store. I am very disappointed with the steamer at the meat counter. This machine spends about 90% of the time down….pretty much down every time I shop there. Seems like the store manager could hire someone to figure this out or get a machine that works . I’m told the machine is brand new, and sometimes get the feeling I’m being told it doesn’t work because employees behind the counter don’t want to use it??? Overall enjoy the store though UPDATE: Still broken, shopped here 8 Oct 2022….

Very disappointed in the bakery! The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I do love to shop here. Monday sep 12th at 10 am I spoke with a lady about ordering cupcakes. She inquired when I needed them and I asked her if they could be ready later that evening before the bakery closed. She said that it had to be 24 hours. So I thought fine, I’ll run back up there the next day in order to take them to my daughters school. I mean really, I can whip up 24 cupcakes and put icing on them in an afternoon if school didn’t require them to be purchased. I picked them up the next morning and ate one with her. SUPER SUPER SUPER DRY!!! There is no way those were fresh at all!! They were definitely old. Next time I will go somewhere else!

It is the biggest and busiest Kroger in the area, give them a break!
Not sure what's happening with this location. I had difficulty getting my important medicines refilled. When they saw my other side, they responded to my needs.
Until 11:00 pm, nightly. Customers are allowed into the store until 10:50.
I know they did close at 1 am not sure why they are closing an hour early!!
Stocking i guess
Got more in but milk is still scarce. No bread.
You can call them. Someone should be able to check for you.
