Have been a regular customer. Last few trips have been disappointing. Service has went downhill! Purchased 10 bags of top soil & no help offered to load yet more than 4 staff standing around. No other customers. Previously this store provided exceptional service. No more. If you ask if they carry a product and do they do not, no longer do they inquire about your project and offer and alternative.

The staff is super helpful. We didn't realize they had a basement, we shopped here a full year thinking it was just a small store...but when we were there last asked for help and the employee showed us the parts we needed downstairs! We probably would have had better luck finding what we needed in the past if we had known, maybe a sign letting people know there is more downstairs? Either way they still get 5 stars because it is a great store with great people!
