I think it's pretty bad when I go to harbor freight all the time and buy stuff and now I go in and I can't even get a rake and it said you got rakes I wasted my gas and my time going there to get a rake

Alkaline batteries are complete junk that will destroy your items. I had some stuff sitting in a temperature controlled facility that leaked, and destroyed items in just a few years. Tools are also junk for the price. I've had sockets, and ratchets break after a single use.

They do for the warranty information, but they only email the receipt or print in.

Ummm same as pretty much most places. Masks, 6 feet distancing, and plastic divider shields.
Depends on when you bought it and if you used it. They don't rent tools. If it broke they have a good warranty on most items (again may depend on when you bought it). Just be sure you have a receipt.
