Excellent delivery, setup and test of my new YS640 pellet grill/smoker. Smoker is awesome!! Easy to operate and holds temperature constant for long cooks. Adjusts well for air temps and wind. Easy to clean and has 20 lbs pellet hopper.

Horrible service. Waited 20min for help in buying one of the outdoor fire pits. Not one person said a word to us nor did they offer to assist us. Just looked at us and kept chatting by the registers.

I drove across the valley to visit because they are a Yoder dealer. The tiny store was disheveled and poorly lit. Walked in circles looking at displays for 15 minutes, was never greeted or spoken to by staff who was assisting others. You would have thought you were in Paris. Very disappointing.

Excellent service here. After expecting our new built in grill on Thursday (from out of state and had plans Friday and leaving Saturday) it was available on noon Friday. So we were able to change up our plans so we could install before leaving. If all goes well we will be grilling crab legs tonight! Thanks to Hannah and team. They threw in a grill cover to make up for it coming in a bit later than planned.
