The folks who work here are *super* friendly, but I’ve heard from former employees that the ownership is awful and there are some labor practices that are questionable. There’s also no rhyme or reason to wait times. If someone puts in an online order, they shouldn’t have to to wait 30+ minutes in store to pick it up. That said, sometimes it’s super speedy, but when there’s a wait, there’s a WAIT. And it happens a lot.

If you are paying more than $250 and $100 for your renewal, you are paying too much. I'm there are places you can get your card renewed for $50.
