The food is generally always good but the service at this location was wildly rude. I walked in to pick up an order my sister had placed and when I got the register - I was the only one there - the woman at the register looked at me then just kept doing what she was doing. So, I greeted her first and she was very annoyed when I let her know I was there to pick up. She pointed and goes “it’s over there”. I checked where she pointed and it wasn’t my order so I let her know - then another worker more rude than the last shouted “YOU NEED TO LOOK OVER THERE”. I got my order and left. What I realized is that I think they thought I worked for a food delivery service and I don’t but even if I did this isn’t how you treat people.

Ordered a cheese pizza. Didn’t come with cheese. You can see where it was so burnt the cut part of the crust off.

This was so good! I’m vegetarian and my friend is vegan, and they had so many options for us. I got the salad and she got the pizza. I will probably be going back for a salad again later this week. She loved her pizza. Staff: very friendly and cool. I couldn’t decide what I wanted and they were able to help me make the decision, with no rush. Absolutely adore this chain. Some of the best and tastiest healthy food I have ordered from an establishment. I love the colors, staff, and overall vibe. Their sandwiches and chili are on point. It is a bit pricey but it is absolutely worth the experience. Also, their local draft brew selection is really good They have a great rewards points program. And as well as ample indoor seating
