If you get a newer Bug free apartment with new rugs you are very lucky. Otherwise if you get an apartment at the Creed apartments on Chester Ave you will battle Camel Cricket Infestation in your apartment. The attached pic are my new traps just changed 5 days ago. Look how many baby crickets are there! They grow to the size of the 2 adults and bigger. I find them everywhere in my kids rooms, closets and kitchen. Maintenance and management know and do nothing. The problem is the basement is damp and infested. You've been warned. Updated photos. Traps from my 5 year old child's room.

We try to help everyone we can, however there is only so much we can do. You must meet all of our requirements in order to qualify for housing with us. This can be found on our website, but please note that every property has slightly varying requirements. Make sure you are reading the information that pertains to the property in which you are applying. Please note that there are wait lists and we cannot make any exceptions to the list.
